News

On 1st October 2011, Cronation Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary of Norcrest Ltd. Norcrest heads a strong group of engineering based, manufacturing companies.

The outgoing board of Cronation Ltd unanimously endorse this change. The former Directors will remain with the business in consulting and advisory roles, fully supporting incoming Managing Director, Simon Jennings.

This move is seen as a step-change bringing considerable additional strength of resource and expertise from group membership and will see substantial expansion of facility and capability.
