EngineeringTurned and machined parts
Using 3-axis CNC turning centres with live tooling plus machine equipped with second work spindle for full completion of workpiece at second operation:
- Bar product up to 65mm dia
- Billet product up to 200mm dia
- Three machines capable of 24 hour operation
Presswork
Mechanical power presses ranging from 6 to 80 tonne with in-house servicing facility for tooling.
Tube manipulation
Tube bending:
- Draw bending tube up to 63.5mm dia x 3.0mm Wall including Stainless Steel
- Tool servicing facilities on-site
Additional tube working
Swaging facility (expansion / reduction) approximate size range 12 - 100mm.
Fabrication
Welding, soldering and brazing:
- MIG and TIG welding (including Mild Steels, Stainless Steels and Aluminium)
- Hard and soft soldering and brazing
